  • Hiked via Bernetsmatt to the Windgällenhütte.
  • Relatively short hiking time to the hut, but this gave us lots of time to explore the area surrounding the hut.

Summary

  • Took the trail to the east of the Windgällenhütte up the valley.
  • Made a small detour by Holenbalm towards Firnplanggen.
    • While there was indeed a thin trail going towards Firnplanggen, it was not officially marked.
  • Returned to Golzern by taking the trail that ran parallel to the Chärstelenbach.
